Caitlin Lejarzar Gaffin is the operations director at Prism. She is also a co-director and founder of Holler Health Justice—a BIPOC- and queer-led racial, economic, and reproductive justice nonprofit and abortion fund providing mutual aid in Appalachia—and a Rockwood Leadership Institute 2021 Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice fellow. Caitlin's writing on reproductive and economic justice in Appalachia has been featured in HuffPost, VICE, and more.
Caitlin holds an M.A. in education policy and studied human rights and sociology at Columbia University and University of Maryland. She resides in her home state of West Virginia with her partner and ever-expanding menagerie of cats and dogs.
