Doris Quintanilla (she/hers/ella) is the co-founder of The Melanin Collective and brazen cabrona. Her decade-long career in the toxic nonprofit sector left her disabled and unemployed. As a survivor, she co-founded and set the foundation for The Melanin Collective, a space for womxn of color to come together, heal and practice community care. Doris now partners with organizations working to dismantle white supremacy in the workplace and create healthy and equitable spaces for disabled womxn of color to thrive.
