Meghan Daniel (she/her) has connected thousands of people to abortion care in Illinois, the Midwest, and beyond. Currently serving as the Director of Services at the Chicago Abortion Fund, she leads a brilliant, driven team that has fielded nearly 20,000 calls for support since the Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organization Supreme Court case and the fall of Roe v Wade. She is an expert at navigating restrictions to abortion care, drawing from conversations with CAF callers and strategic partners to develop programming, streamline access to hospital care, and lead research initiatives. She holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
